Mr. Dennis Barnoski, Vice President of Operations
(20 years of Industry Experience prior to joining VTS in 1998)

Mr. Barnoski comes to VTS Consultants with a solid background in Quality Assurance, Validation and Manufacturing Operations and Technical Services.  Over 25 years of his experience has been directly related to validation, including 3 new Laboratory and 7 new plant start-ups.

Mr. Barnoski’s experiences include validation documentation writing and review, master plan preparation and review, compliance auditing and project management.

While in industry, he has led numerous FDA inspections for product approvals and facility start-ups and he is experienced in CDER, CBER, MCA and other international regulatory requirements.

Additionally Mr. Barnoski has expertise in sterilization, process and packaging equipment, utilities and process validation of biopharmaceuticals and small volume parenterals and in the manufacture of bulk pharmaceuticals.

As Vice President of Operations for VTS Consultants, Mr. Barnoski manages the day-to-day corporate operations, management of large projects, along with senior level quality reviews of validation documentation, regulatory consulting and performance of vendor audits.  He possesses a B.S. degree in Microbiology from Penn State University
